Loading the scan…

Walls, doors, windows and furniture come from the phone scan, tidied up by us. New furniture uses standard US sizes (e.g. king 76 × 80 in). Unusual items are sized by AI and labelled as estimates. Door swings are tested with radius = door width. When the hinge side wasn’t recorded, both sides are tested. Walkway guideline 30 in, bed side access 24 in, chair pull-out 36 in. What-if edits are hypothetical and never change the listing. Whether a wall is load-bearing can’t be known from a scan.
